Scheduling Difficulties
It seems that the Echo group we initially planned to work with has been having some considerable difficulties overcoming bureaucracy and giving us a date and time to show up and help out. As it was put last night, "We just want to serve. Why is this so hard to organize?" by Dr. Rachel Droogsma. It appears that while we are going to wait to hear back from them, we may end up settling for one service project this semester.

It really turned out to be a misunderstanding with them and us; they said they didn't realize they had not informed us they were interested. I'm just happy that we are going through with this for next week. Dustin Deling and Myself went to the ECHO Food Shelf site in downtown Mankato this past Monday, Nov. 21st, and got some great film and pictures to contribute to the archiving of our project. I will post links to all of that stuff for all to see by tonight at the latest. These videos and pictures will be in their raw form for all of you to see and critique. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
